24×7 Repair UAE offers home appliance repair services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We service a range of appliances including:

Dishwashers
Electric & Gas Stoves
Ovens & Coffee Machines
Deep Freezers
We service all major international brands using genuine or compatible replacement parts as required.
Service Booking
Customers may book services via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. When booking:
You agree to provide accurate information about your appliance and issue.
You must be available at the agreed service time.
Any delay or rescheduling must be communicated in advance.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technicians will inspect and diagnose your appliance upon arrival. If the issue requires specific parts or tools, a follow-up visit may be scheduled. An inspection fee may apply if the repair is not accepted after diagnosis.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other local options.
Prices are quoted in AED and may vary based on the appliance, brand, and service complexity.
Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on most repair jobs:
Labor: up to 30 days
Replacement Parts: as per the manufacturer or supplier’s terms
Warranty is void if the appliance is mishandled after service or tampered with by unauthorized persons.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe access to the appliance location
Provide clear and truthful details about the issue
Do not attempt DIY repairs after booking service with us
Limitations of Liability
24×7 Repair UAE is not responsible for:
Pre-existing faults or damage
Data loss (e.g., smart appliance settings)
Indirect or consequential losses due to appliance failure
We take all reasonable precautions, but service is provided “as is” and at the customer’s risk where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Intellectual Property
