Service-Only Business

We do not sell products, spare parts, or accessories directly. All payments made are for inspection, diagnosis, labor, and repair services provided by our technicians.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • The technician is unable to diagnose or repair the issue.

  • The same issue reappears within 3 days and cannot be resolved upon a second visit.

  • You cancel the booking before the technician arrives, and advance payment was made.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The appliance develops a new, unrelated fault after service.

  • You refuse to proceed with the repair after diagnosis (diagnostic fee still applies).

  • The appliance is mishandled or tampered with after our service.

  • The issue falls outside the scope of the service request or warranty period.

Revisit Policy

In most cases, if an issue persists after service, we will offer one free revisit within the warranty period (typically 3 days) instead of issuing a refund. This ensures we make every effort to resolve the issue properly.
